Cajun Shrimp

  • 1 1/2 pounds of shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 3/4 tsp Dried Thyme
  • 3/4 tsp Dried Oregano
  • 1/4 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Pepper
  • 1/4 tsp Cayenne Pepper
  • 1 TBS Vegetable Oil


  1. Combine first 8 ingredients in a large zip lock bag, seal bag and shake to coat.
  2. Heat oil in a skillet over med high heat until hot.
  3. Add shrimp saute until shrimp are done, about 4 minutes.


I serve this over brown rice with a vegetable.
