Chedder Cheese Fondue

Just like my favorite fondue restauraunt

3 to 3 1/2 oz light lager (we use Miller High Life since the Melting Pot waiter told us that’s what they use)
1/4 teaspoon mustard pwder
1/2 teaspoon chopped garlic
3 Tablespoons Worcestshire
80% sharp cheddar
20% Emmenthaler cheese (swiss)

Grate cheese and mix in some flour to very lightly coat the cheese.

Mix beer, mustard pwder and garlic in the fondue pot, bring to a simmer.
Add in cheese, and stir until the consistency is right. Add in worcestshire sauce and continue stirring…

Serve with granny smith apples, cauliflour, carrots, bread, celery and whatever else you like to dip….
